Wow. This book was amazing. Truly thrilling and had me on the edge of my seat. The first part where it follows Amber develops slowly, but is ultimately just a build-up to what occurs in the rest of the book. Once Daphne’s POV begins, it progresses very fast as you are able to put more pieces together of the puzzle. Only thing that made me doc it the 0.5 was that a few pages in to Part 2 I was able to predict the general plot. However, it was still so great to see unfold and read all the little details. Definitely some disturbing scenes involving TW: sexual abuse, domestic violence. This book was brilliant and I wish I could read it again for the first time.
