I liked this one, I was actually really excited to read about Jameson and Penelope, like the first two books i feelnit started off strong. Then, somewhere along the way, It just turned to being okay. I don't think I will continue on with reading this author, I have not fully enjoyed her writing style, I haven't disliked it, but just not my favorite, I will say she does have a way of keeping you roped in, and that I can very much appreciate. The author has made you fall in love with the characters, which includes the side characters that you know will be getting stories. Honestly, that has kept me coming back and wanting to know what happens to them.
Jameson and Pen have know each other since they were 13 years old, they have a push pull relationship. Jameson knows how great she is! Even at a young age. She is a force and an aura of good. The push-pull does get slightly repetitive for me, and this is where the author loses me. It obviously is going to transition into their adulthood, and I am fine with it to an extent, but the whiplash is a bit too much, and I want to say, almost high school like. Which is where it loses me. I am noticing that is a common pattern in her books, at least this series. Lol.

I will always encourage people to read what makes them happy. If it sounds good, read it! My reviews are just that, my opinion. Happy reading, friends.
