This book was good, and I am so glad I got into it blind because it was such a different story than all of her other books. I ate new characters up and just continued to want more. You can tell that SJM is starting to her as an author because she captured me from the start. I can appreciate the slow burn and tension.
She also managed to have me sobbing my eyes out throughout this book, which is a fantastic thing to do with a first book.
