When I say that this book made me lose sleep, I MEANT IT. I could barely take my afternoon naps while reading this on my Kindle. It feels like a curse. I could not put it down. I was hooked and I don't know why. And for what?

I honestly don't know how to get started with this book. It's a lot and then it's not. There was so much content. So many things has been said but at the 2nd half of the book we really did not get the same amount of entertainment and energy during the first third of it.

True, I did enjoy all the publishing drama and how the social issues were made part of this story. I also liked how Athena's ghost and June spiraling with all the guilt. I love how the emotions has been minced. Like you truly REALLY get inside June's head and I honestly felt suffocated. HAHA. And don't let Elon Musk find out just how big the role of Twitter is on this book 😂

But... after hitting the 50% mark and I realized that this was not the thriller that I thought it would be, I started skipping out on the paragraphs until we reach a new topic or a new plot progression. While I did like the rawness of the emotions and the thoughts, maybe it was a bit TMI already.

A little slimming down would not have hurt this book. Maybe it needed a better editor.

Still, I would watch out with whatever RFK pulls out of her brain. I believe that she would be able to improve in this genre.
