This was my first dragon book to read and I think I’m a fan of dragons!!!
This book follows Emerald who is the FMC. She flees her home, when everything has been taken away from her. She finds/meets Val who is the MMC and is also a dragon shifter. Emerald and Val take on the ORC King.
Romantasy, Found Family, Dragon Shifters, Fated Mates and Spice!
I absolutely loved this story. The beginning is extremely fast paced, which was fine for me, but I would have loved more of the beginning of the story. The story does slow down a bit… but when things happen in the story, my emotions were all over the place because I didn’t know what was going to happen. I was on the edge of my seat in parts. I cried in another part. I was angry and I was happy in other parts hahaha.
My official rating is 4.5 stars.
I definitely cannot wait for the second book. I would love to see where the story is going!
