I don’t know what I was expecting, but certainly not all this mayhem. It was so fun to read about everything that was going on, although I was desperate to know the truth!

I was hoping that Rafal made it out alive, but he died! He was my favorite character and I wanted him to win so I found the ending a bit cruel because he deserved to be alive and happy

This duology was a great introduction to this world and how it all works. I can’t wait to read the main series and know what the whole plot is about in those books. Hopefully there will be mentions of some characters from this duology!
