Reyes. Oh Reyes. Your soul.
We get a look into Reyes head and soul in this installment of the Charley Davdison series.
When I started out with this series I wondered sometimes if Reyes isn't too aggressive. Sometimes I was questioning the way he treated Charley. After reading book after book it became clear that Reyes is a barker not a biter when it comes to Charley (he does bite, but lovingly ;) ). In this regard, this book comes a little bit too late for me.
I still enjoyed this a great deal. Reyes will always be Reyes. Le sigh. This novella has a lot of heartbreak yet knowing what brilliant and beautiful man Reyes made this bearable.
