Growing up I was a huge Peter Pan fan so when this book was announced I  went bananas. I  mean a retelling where Wendy falls for “hook” who is a hot single dad and petera older brother? Sign me up! There are so many Peter Pan Easter eggs through this book and it made my heart incredibly happy. Julie is such a talented author and this story was beyond beautiful. The prose, imagery and flow feel magical, I desperately want Never Harbor to be a real place. A few of my favorite things, Wendy being an author(SO fitting), the little red beanie max wears, The found family, Peters bar, Wendy’s relationship with Maggie, and so so so much more! Also I’d just like to add the spice in this book is so good Id say it’s like 🌶️🌶️🌶️. Please read this book you won’t regret it!
