In terms of The Housemaid Series, this is the weakest of the three.
For a thriller the plot is slow, the twists are minimal and mostly predictable and it reads more like a domestic drama.
However, I still enjoyed it because it follows Millie and Enzo’s relationship and the building of their family. For that reason I’m glad I read it, but otherwise would not recommend it to others.
