This was jam packed full of plots and characters, I loved it! This was like reading a whole trilogy in one book, I loved every minute of it. I really enjoyed the lore and the different creatures of the wood. This reminded me a lot of "the bear and the nightingale" by Katherine Arden which I also gave 5 stars so I think creepy woods just do it for me. I did grow up next to one after all!
