This should not have the right to call itself an enemies to lovers book if they become lovers 30% in. Even from the beginning things weren't bad between them!!! He didn't like the idea of the ranch being sold by proxy made him dislike her a bit, while he still thought she was hot af and that he'd smash. She just thought he was broody.
This book could have been cut down honestly like 60% of what it ended up being. After they kissed and had sex for the first time, there was very little plot to keep me interested. And once they did it, the subsequent like 4 chapters were all just...sex.
It's one of the worst published "fanfiction" I've seen. The writing is juvenile, very much "tell, don't show" with a lot of internal monologue for the two main characters.
Even for a cowboy romance this is BAD.
