5 stars. Just like book one did not need to be 500 something pages this one didn’t need to be 600 but dammit I’m so glad that it is because I still devoured the hell out of this tome. I’m obsessed with this series. This book picks up right where book one ended and let me tell you Dimitrios is at his absolute best here in so many different ways. The way he handled the problem that Remi was going through at the school was everything. He’s super protective and caring but I also loved seeing him be so vulnerable here and allowing for Remi to care for him in return in his own little ways. It was beautiful and such great growth and development of his character. Remi also goes through some growth as well. The romance is so swoony and there are a lot of sex scenes in this and each one hits. So good. The ending ruined me again and now I have to wait for book three!
