The Eden’s are over and now I’m sad.
This series was the first Devney Perry books I ever read. I fell in love with this family in Indigo Ridge and never stopped.

This book follows the youngest Eden child, Mateo and Vera. Their romance doesn’t start off to the best start. Vera has loved Mateo from afar for years. It isn’t until a drunken moment for Vera to reveal her true feelings. Mateo feels like an idiot for not realising her true feelings. But as soon as he lets himself truly see her, he soon realises he does have feelings for her.
Their romance starts off slow but quickly picks up speed. With no third act break up, their romance is all about healing their internal feels from their pasts.
I absolutely loved this book. It’s up there with one of my favourite of the series.
