Going Cowboy Crazy by Katie Lane
5.0

Faith Aldridge came to Bramble, Texas looking for one thing: her long-lost identical twin sister, Hope. Having grown up in big city life, Faith has to cope with small town mentalities, considered this small town is under the impression that this city girl is actually their town sweetheart. Now they are fixing to do anything to keep her in town and heat things up between her and Hope's long-time flame Slate Calhoun.

Slate isn't fooled by the way the two look. Faith feels completely different in his arms and he's determined to keep her in his bed, but away from his heart. That proves difficult as the town does their best to push the two of them together.

But now Hope's on her way home with her own designs on Slate and if Faith wants to keep him for her own she's gonna have to show that handsome cowboy that the love between them is worth the fight.

This was the first in this series and I have to say it caught my attention. I love stories where there is mistaken identity and that it takes forever to get sorted out.

I also liked how Faith and Hope were identical in looks but were opposite in personality. However, Faith mentions that despite that separation the two had similar routines and mannerisms. The whole relationship between the sisters is interesting because they are fighting over the same guy.

I also like how the small town is convinced that this is Hope and cannot be persuaded to think differently despite Faith and Slate telling them that. It just goes to show that even in a small town things get complicated.

I enjoyed this book so much I wasted no time picking up the next one in the series.
