This has been my favourite book of the series so far, but I definitely thought this would be my least favourite at the start. This was a tough push at the start, but the war planning and the vengeance kept it sweet.
The stakes during this battle were high and so were the emotions. As soon as it was about to go into part 3 I couldn’t put it down. Despite not being anywhere near some other battle scenes I’ve read, it was well written. I found myself so tense and crying throughout.
The bargains made, the attendance of this who you lost faith in, the strength of Nesta and Elain, and the death (and reincarnation) were so much ti handle but so enjoyable.
