To the Moon and Back by Karen Kingsbury
3.0

First off, I didn’t realize that this book was apart of a giant series where the characters and places were all connected. I think that reading some other books from the series would have helped to tie parts together, but this book definitely could have been read alone. I found the stories in this book to be a home coming. A tragedy that still somehow brings people together for the better is always a little heart warming. The one thing that I did struggle with, is that there was a lot of religious references that I did tend to glaze over. As someone who isn’t religious it tended to seem a little preachy, but I understand that this is the MO of the author. Either way, it was definitely an okay book for me, but I’m sure that others have really fallen in love with it.
