This novella is the perfect prequel to Kissed by a Demon. Auctioned to the Vampire fills in the backstory of the vampire, Rowan, and his love, Nemera.
Rowan is brought to town with a trope of vampires led by the vampire Jonas. Jonas brings Rowan to auction him off as a rare commodity since he is an adult virgin vampire, who glows in the moonlight (think glow stick not sparkle).
A tavern made at the The House of Obscurities, Nemera, learns of Rowan’s fate and (after getting a taste of his vamp venom) decides she needs to help him escape.
However, breaking a virgin vampire out of a heavily protected auction house in a town surrounded by demons & other foul beasts is harder than it sounds…..actually that sounds pretty difficult. It’s EXACTLY as it sounds & just when you think they are free….PLOT TWIST!
The story is an addictive journey full of character growth, villain adversity, spice, and so much more.
I DEVOURED this book in a day & I hope you will too.
