Generally enjoyed the book, although it was marred by not enjoying the character voice choices of the narrator, so should probably sit closer to a 4.25. Plot was engaging enough and characters enjoyable. Wasn't a particularly 'involved' plot line, seemed almost a little predictable (but this is off the back of reading R.F.Kuang so possibly unfair judgement), but liked the core concepts and world (or worlds) it set up. Enjoyed enough to keep reading on kindle editions and see if I can get into the characters more.
