Gideon is still by far the best book in this series, but this was a mile better than Harrow, which was my most disappointing read of last year.
I sometimes found myself very confused while reading this, particularly at the end. I have absolutely no idea what was happening at the end.
I loved Nona. Her voice was so refreshing and sweet. I wish more book characters were as open and innocent as her. I'm not 100% sure who she really was though.

Graphic: Death, Blood, and Gun violence
Minor: Cursing and Fire/Fire injury
