Juniper Lemon's Happiness Index by Julie Israel

4.0

A gloriously happy and slightly tearful read. This book is an ode to sisters everywhere, but also friendship, meeting new people, discovering new things, dealing with loss and family. I just loved it, and give it a solid 4.5 stars.
I really liked Juniper, the way she was trying to honour her sister really spoke to me. I love her and Brand too, as well as her friendships with Kody, Angela and Nate. And I am so desperate to see her art projects, they sound amazing!!
Like Juni, I was totally shipping Angela and Sponge, and I love how that turned out lol. I do get the moral of not messing around too badly and also that possibly digging through the rubbish and accidentally (or sometimes not) finding secrets isn’t necessarily a good idea, but I do love the concept.
This is uplifting in a way I didn’t expect, and bittersweet for obvious reasons, and just really touching.
