Digital Minimalism: Choosing a Focused Life in a Noisy World

Some interesting takeaways. The book already feels quite dated in some of its references and ideas.
I also feel like the author is a bit captious when it comes to finding meaning in hobbies, his preference for productivity and also what an acceptable use of technology is. This leads to some holes in logic and writing that feels conceited at times.
I appreciated the historical references, the wide range of research and ideas, and the mix of background theory and tactical suggestions.
