This novel was very different than what I had presumed it to be, but I very much enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to re-reading it seeing as it is so short, and I have the feeling there is so much more Virginia Woolf wants for her reader than what I got out of the book. I wish one of the characters was not such a focal point seeing as I cared nothing for him and his pages were fairly boring for me, but over all, I was pleasantly surprised by this novel and am excited to read more Woolf.
