I've been on a ghost kick recently and while I was expecting there to be more ghosts in this book, I'd say I still enjoyed it. I did not expect this book to be set in modern times when I first picked it up, so I was surprised when it actually was. Luckily, I think I was able to get past that fact and actually get into the story. I wish I could've felt more connected to the side characters and the side romance of the main character though. That's what's impacting my rating the most. Overall, this was a decent read.
