I think this is a really interesting and fascinating text about feminism. It's quite disjointed and doesn't make a cohesive point, due to the fact it's an adapted version of a TED talk (something I didn't know before reading). I think it's definitely interesting and well-written, and if you're a feminist or generally progressive you'll enjoy it, but it's not incredibly substantive as a piece of feminist theory.
