An Unwitting Alliance
by Anneka R. Walker
This was a sweet love story in the enemies-to-lovers category, although happily there was a minimum of arguing. I do enjoy it when a couple begin to communicate honestly, as early as possible in the story. Both characters were likable and easy to root for, and there was a strong sense of family affection that made for pleasant reading. There's also something just quirky and full of humor about an organization of "matchmaking mamas" who know much better than their offspring who would be well matched with whom.
