Losers: Part II by Harley Laroux

Did not finish book. Stopped at 60%.
I feel like I only made it to 60% by skipping through a lot of the spicy scenes. Many of the spicy scenes seemed randomly inserted (like most of the fingers and "appendages") just for shock value. The spice didn’t really move the plot forward or deepen our understanding of the characters. The aftercare scenes barely moved it forward and that would have been a great opportunity imo. I really think the duet could have been condensed into one book, which would have allowed the author to focus more on scenes that provided solid character development or advanced the plot. This would have made the narrative less repetitive and allowed a stronger connection to the characters.
