This was such a trip down memory lane. I've been a Jacquline Wilson fan for years and being able to re-visit Ellie, Magda, and Nadine in Think Again after so many years and with them all being 40.
I will say that the plot thoroughly shocked me as I did not expect Ellie to fall pregnant while at university and then have a relationship with Mr. Windsor! Part of me wishes for a sequel as Ellie and Alice only getting together in the final chapter was TORTURE.
Ellie, Magda, and Nadine are just as I remember, just a little older and trying to navigate themselves in the world. It felt right to read a book about them all being adults and still trying to figure lift out, since life did not end when high school did.
