Forever Theirs by Katee Robert
3.0
I can't decide how to grade this one...It skews more 3.5 or 3.75. I highly enjoyed reading it!
While a bulk of the pages are sex scenes, the story itself didn't feel like it suffered. What I think suffered and ultimately what dropped my grade, was Meg.
Theo and Galen make sense to me. Their relationship has decades of history and Theo retaking the throne of Thalania is the main movement of the plot, so you get opportunities to see them in a larger scope. We meet Meg only pages before she gets brought into Theo and Galen's orbit and then never get to see her on her own again. She didn't do anything that made me dislike her, but I also don't think there was a huge amount of detail given to flesh out her character. What does she like to eat? Read? Her childhood is referenced but never really gone into a huge amount of detail.
Overall, this book was an extremely positive reading experience and made me curious as to how the next book will play out...
