Although I love the Wayfarer crew more, the plot of this sequel appeals to me more, so I prefer this. The characters were adorable and had real conversations and connections, there was a sense things changed because of the events happening (in a way I felt the first one lacked) and it had the same LGBT+-friendly identity focus that I loved in the first one.
Highly recommend.
