Seven of Hearts

Wahhh, my heart and this book!!
Seven of Hearts follows Logan and Leah as they navigate life after their one night stand. Logan has spent his life thinking he has to be perfect - to make it to 30 without a single mistake to show his family that he appreciates everything they've done for him. To prove to the world that he's not a mistake, like his parents. Leah, Logan's little sister's best friend, has harbored a crush on Logan for years. Seeing him at her best friend's wedding - where she's feeling vulnerable, ends in a night she wasn't expecting. Ultimately - ending in a huge change of her life that she wasn't expecting.
As a recently converted pregnancy trope lover - this book DID it for me! The saying, if he wanted to he would, is the entirety of Logan's personality. At no point does he blame Leah, he steps up the second he finds out it his, upheaves his "perfect" life for the girl he never thought he could have.
Honestly, the best part of this book was watching Logan and Leah fall in love. As friends first and then something more. Navigating this life and surprise in the best possible way. This story is so heartwarming and the found family is something everyone dreams of. It takes a village is the perfect way to describe Logan and Leah and I love that for them!!
