UMmmmmm ma’am ! Why are we ending the book this way - I have so many fvcking questions and the most important one is WHO THE FVCK IS THE KILLER AFTER LUZ?
What is happening? How long do I have to wait for Book 3? Is Lucian a love interest for her? Do I trust Locke?
This book starts off where the first one ends and we get right into it. We obviously know Luz has a fvcked up past and she has been trying to escape from and start fresh. So who is trying to hurt Luz? If you think we get answers we really don’t. We find more “sheep” working for this serial killer. I mean we do kinda get some answers but nothing concrete.
The boys are still obsessed with her and they don’t want to let her out of their sight so they convince her to stay with them under their watch. And things are hot in this book. Baby Luz learns a thing or two from “her monsters” and it was everything - I wanted more spice but you can’t rush Luz! That’s just because I have no chill and want smut and although we got spice, the plot was good to keep you entertained.
I still love EVEREST - I called him in book 1 and this book just confirmed it, Daddy Lucian I like.
We find out more about the men in our life’s past, their upbringing and I appreciated that.
I love the banter between them. Luz is a such a badass and she’s definitely grown on me from the first book. She can hold her own and speaks her mind and I LOVE that.
