Gudetama: Mindfulness for the Lazy by Wook-Jin Clark

Gudetama encounters and observes many situations and learns about mindfulness and the benefits of being kind, friendly, and open rather than ignoring others around you. Focusing on self-care and the proper ways to do that are included--reminders not to do things while working (on breaks instead) to help your mental mindset. The drawings really help to convey the differences in those who are and aren't mindful which would not be able to be communicated as effectively in a purely text=based book.
