Rose Among Thornes is a thought-provoking piece of historical fiction, exploring issues of internment and imprisonment, prejudice and forgiveness.
The tale goes back and forth between the two main characters, so it took me a bit to get the cadence of the timing. There were a few typos and rough spots, and it took me a bit to get into the book, but I'm glad I read it.
