I can honestly say I’ve never read anything like it, but there’s a reason for that. This story made not one lick of sense. Not a lick.

Except we get hit with a vANILLA scene with a GOD, mind you, then, “30 days later…”
Ma’am? Excuse me? If you’re going to throw us a bone with this weird set up ensuring they hook up, don’t insult our intelligence by pretending to throw it for us, just to hide the potential character development a month of forced proximity could conjure behind your back.
Sure, we’ll play along in this nonsensical game you’ve begun in hopes you’ll redeem that fumble since even dogs get a treat for making the effort to retrieve something that they know isn’t there.
