An interesting introduction to this historical character, particularly if you know little more about him apart from his treason against the American forces. That aspect to a certain extent was skimmed over with greater emphasis on his early life and career in the militia. The insights into Arnold's character were fascinating to read, though at times the text suffered from a touch of hyperbole.
