Oh my god I was so frustrated with  the immaturity and poor choices Mel made. I also feel like everything was incredibly rushed, which isn’t uncommon for romance books but this was to an extreme. I just didn’t feel like the characters were fully fleshed humans. Sweet and spicy moments were enjoyable though. And I love seeing trans and polyam representation
