Having enjoyed the author's first book I hoped that this one wouldn't disappoint, it didn't!
The way the story is told is extremely well done. Due to the main female character being stuck inside herself we see everything from her point of view on flashback. I felt so much sympathy for the character due to what she apparently had gone through. But then the author turned it all on its head and had my head spinning. The way she does this was an OMG moment for me, and I actually spoke the words out loud in public I was so shocked.
A great second novel from the author and I can't wait to see what she brings next. Many thanks to Bookouture and Netgalley for providing a copy.
