Sharkbait by Erin Mallon

5.0

Love this series!

Sharkbait is full of laugh out loud moments and plenty of swoony ones too. For this third book in the Natural History series we meet James, a single father and business man, and Louise, a marine biologist and artist. After a hot and heavy one time together Louise firmly puts James in the do not repeat corner...until life happens and he just won't stay there. When their shared friend group starts including them together the sparks fly and with a huge secret and James leaving town looming they make the best of their time together.

I have loved these ladies from the start; from Calliope and her sexcapades to Mabel who is now a nudist and now to Louise. Louise is quirky and driven but is not without her own hang ups. Those hang ups almost cause their relationship to be over before it began but persistent James kept on showing up. Both her and James fit perfectly into this little group and I loved that we got both of their POV in this book. We needed to know James' side as well and it just made him such a great leading man. Together they make a great team and make for a great story. Definitely recommend!
