The writing is, as always, no notes. Like the girlies say, I'd read her shopping list.
I was drawn to this book after encountering some of the characters in Sea of Tranquility. I have now read this book, and reread relevant passages from Sea of Tranquility to get a better understanding.
On the balance of it, I probably would be interested in reading about a Ponzi scheme imploding in general, but this was also done really well. This book is not a tearjerker, but it packs a punch and does it in a dreamy, reflective manner. The end is known from the beginning, so it is not a destination, but a journey kind of a book. If you like to read for twist endings, this one is not for you.
Can't wait to see what she comes up with next!
