Felix and the Prince by Lucy Lennox

5.0

Felix is a scholar going to study the beautiful stained glass at Gadleigh, a castle on a wintry island. He happens upon a secret room, where he finds Lio.

Lio is actually Prince Lior, who’s come to spend time on his own before becoming king. He finds Felix’s shyness, intelligence, and passion for stained glass to be intriguing, and Felix not knowing he’s a prince to be refreshing.

A beautiful love grows between them, and they understand the inevitability of their parting. But, others who love them encourage them to bring the monarchy into the present, and to not give up their chance at real love.

So fun to have a royal gay story, really interesting and sweet.
