Spooky. It's existential horror, kind of. It takes place in "Upstate" Wisconsin. As a Wisconsinite I was very insulted at that. NO ONE CALLS THE NORTH WOODS THAT. But there are little things that those who know the north woods would notice that others wouldn't, it adds to the horror in a very good way. I really enjoyed how each of the characters get a bit of backstory on how they meant Walter. Probably gonna read and finish Vol 2 tomorrow. (Dear future me,  they misrepresent Wisconsin on purpose)
