Cat Among the Pigeons by Agatha Christie
5.0
The girls' school setting works because it's so fun to have a mostly female cast of characters, including spies, villains, mothers, and some devoted educators. I was shocked--shocked!--by the solution to the mystery, which is such a delightful feeling. I also appreciated how Poirot was a minor character who came in at the end in this one.
