Wow! This one came as a banger! Loved to see Calista and Talon's relationship deepening. And the dragons! Holy guacamole the dragons! 

Penelope appropriately describes them as mighty and beautiful beasts. The world building was never too much. This book was a perfect blend between the love story, friendship, allyship, and sacrifice. 

I am very much waiting for the end of this series. I am really sad to see Calista and Talon go. But nonetheless, my heart always waits for Barsetti's next book!
