A fun take on the popular jock/ shy girl trope. Graham is a hockey star but needs to keep his grades up to stay eligible to play. Hannah is a quiet music major who happens to ace the midterm Graham just failed. She won’t tutor Graham until he makes a deal she can’t refuse: in exchange for her tutoring services, he’ll go on a fake date with her to increase her status on campus and catch the eye of the guy she’s crushing on. Only the fake date causes real feelings.
