Oh I loved this story! Books by this author make me feel all the feels and I never want them to end!!
I was really excited to read Greer's book after getting to know her in the first book of the series. Plus I was super curious to see how it would work with Alex and his never going to settle down, always on the move lifestyle. Oh these two were wonderful.
Greer is working hard to get her degree so she can start her new job and be free. I cannot imagine being her and having her family constantly treat her like she can't do anything. Or having to check in with my mom at least twice a day every day forever. I couldn't deal with that no matter what was going on with me.
And Alex? Oh, my heart. He wants quick fixes for everything and for it all to magically just be better. But things don't work that way. I loved these two together. They were so sweet and oh, I didn't want this story to end. The way this author writes her stories makes me so wrapped up in them, feeling all the feels, that I can't get enough. I know I will be re-reading this story again and again.
