Lovely!! What a cliffhanger tho bro
The great thing about fantasy graphic novels is that they can capture so much in their pictures without slowing down the story. Fun adventure that starts with a Girl (Bea) and a Galdurian (Cad) off to look for Bea's missing grandfather, but when things take a frightful turn, their newly found friendship, and companions met along the way, must endure. Feels v DnD/Seven Deadly Sins, pretty illustrations, and I'm always a sucker for a magic system/historical backstory that is just fleshed out enough to be believable and exciting, but not overly complex.
