Look, this is probably fine, but it wasn't anything I wanted from a Camelot story.
I didn't actually know what I wanted from this when I started it, but as it progressed I thought, where is the magic!? Where is the betrayal!?
Collum's story had some decent angst, and I think I could have enjoyed it more if it had focussed more on his story. But every time I got invested in that, it would veer off into the backstories of the different knights and lose my attention completely.
I would compare this to the First Law books by Joe Abercrombie but not quite as good...
