Low Town by Daniel Polansky

4.0

This was good. Kind of gritty, kind of fantasy. Not the unicorns and rainbows fantasy. There's nothing nice in this book, and almost everyone is horrible. Polansky does a good job of keeping the tension high, and hiding the overall outcome of the story. You get a feeling that things aren't exactly what they seem, but nothing definite. I'll read more in this setting.
