violinknitter 's review for:
The Hollow
by Agatha Christie
Rereading this... the first Agatha Christie book I ever read, and the reason I didn't touch Christie again for years. I found the portrayal of Henrietta, Gerda, & John's relationships incredibly dark. I remember being utterly blown away by Henrietta's attitude toward her art. Reading the book this time, I'm struck by the similarities between the end of this novel and CURTAINS, Poirot's last case.
