Alaskan Holiday
by Debbie Macomber
Meh. Felt that the relationship between Palmer and Josie was all telling and no showing. The months that they connected are just told to you. No flashback scenes etc. Made for a really boring romance.
I hate that Josie's dreams are the ones that have to be challenged in order for her and Palmer to work. Palmer never has to take a look at his life and change anything. And we're supposed to like him because he helps her get back to Seattle in the book's beginning?
And WHAT was up with the interaction between Jack and Josie's mom. That was so bizarre and completely strange.
